The offer and sale of products on the site shop.ryal.it are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale can be periodically updated; those published on shop.ryal.it accepted at the time of check out are considered to be effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with the purchase.

Purchase mode


For each product chosen, a descriptive card is displayed, with the image and the essential characteristics, as an example: color, size, unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on shop.ryal.it may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and / or the monitor used. Shop.ryal.it is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular configuration of the computer or its malfunction.

Product availability


The products offered for sale and the relative price are those indicated on shop.ryal.it.

If, when ordering, the products are not available, the corresponding size is not displayed or loaded.
If, due to the simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an e-mail will be sent to cancel the order.

The price of each item is indicated in Euro.
The cost of shipping is indicated before payment.

ORDER


The execution of the purchase order implies the knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.

Each product is accompanied by a descriptive card containing information on the model, price, composition, sizes and colors.

With ADD TO CART, the desired article is placed in a virtual shopping bag that allows you to continue browsing the other pages of the site, pending confirmation of the order. At any time you can add new purchases or, with the function DELETE ARTICLE, exclude those already selected. By clicking on the CART link, the prices of the individual items purchased are indicated and the total amount of the order, still partial and unconfirmed. Ryal by Marco Moriani offers for sale, on shop.ryal.it, the products and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are “consumers”.

All trademarks mentioned on the site are registered trademarks of their respective owners who hold the rights and property. The sole mention of such trademarks within the site does not suggest or imply that the respective owners have any affiliation or agreement with the site itself.shop.ryal.it does not sell used, irregular or inferior products to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
    The essential characteristics of the products are presented on shop.ryal.it within each product page. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on shop.ryal.it may, however, not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and the monitor as well as the natural variations in grain and therefore color of the leather used.
    Product prices may be subject to updates. Check the final price of sale before submitting the order form. The variation in the selling price increasing or decreasing is our unquestionable choice and can also take place a few seconds after the closing of the order on your part.
    shop.ryal.it, in case of exercise of your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the related tags or warranty seal, products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that they have been damaged.
    Since this is a comparable catalog for mail order, shop.ryal.it reserves the right to cancel orders and / or purchase procedures in case of error in the publication of prices or items for sale. In this case the customer will obviously be reimbursed for any expenses incurred.

SHIPMENTS


Shipments to Italy are made within 21 days – from the date of the order, being a craft production and processed according to the specific requests for customization of the customer; at the time the goods are shipped, shop.ryal.it will send an email confirming the shipment and a track of the courier for tracking the goods. Shipments to Europe and the rest of the world are made within 21 working days from the order date. shop.ryal.it carries out shipments in Italy and all over the world only through the express courier service “GLS” and “UPS”. All goods shipped from shop.ryal.it are carefully packed. Together with the goods shipped shop.ryal.it will insert the invoice in the package (or where requested by e-mail) indicating in detail the prices of the items purchased.

 

ORDER EVASION


All orders regularly filled in and paid will be processed within 21 working days: all shipments start at shop.ryal.it, only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.30. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled on the following Monday.

shop.ryal.it offers its customers a shipping service traceable at any time, thanks to the service provided by “GLS” and “UPS”. The customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of goods with the code (tracking number) provided by “GLS” and “UPS” that will allow him to check at any time the progress of his shipment. Alternatively, you can always check the delivery status in real time in the “My Account” section of the site.

DELIVERY TIME


Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): the shipment is tentatively scheduled within 15/20 days from the order depending on the availability of our suppliers with delivery within the next three working days. European EU countries (DDP): delivery is approximately scheduled within three / five working days from shipment. Non-EU European countries (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within 5-7 working days from shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is approximately scheduled for up to 7-10 days after shipment with Express Service.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS


Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to inspect the parcel carefully before signing the document of delivery. If the package is tampered with or not integrated, the Customer can sign the document of delivery with reserve or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the “GLS” and “UPS” offices in the area and to shop.ryal.it, by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the Customer refuses to deliver the goods, any shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to shop.ryal.it will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to shop.ryal.it at the expense of the same Customer. In this case shop.ryal.it will deduct this amount from any refund due to the customer.

TERMS OF PAYMENT


shop.ryal.it offers its customers different types of payment:

No other forms of payment are accepted.

The financial information of the Customer who buys on the shop.ryal.it website (credit card number, credit card expiration date and other personal data) will be processed exclusively by the banking institution, and never in possession or aware of the shop. ryal.it.

N.B: In case of change or return, neither the cost of the shipment nor the cost of the stamp will be refunded, but only the value of the goods purchased.

SHIPPING PRODUCTS AND COSTS


The shipping of Italy the minimum shipping cost is €. 5.80

Shipping in Europe the minimum shipping cost is € 16.50

Shipping to countries outside the EU the minimum shipping cost is € .23.50

shop.ryal.it carries out shipments in Italy and all over the world only through the express courier service “GLS and UPS”. All goods sent by shop.ryal.it are carefully packed. Together with the goods shipped shop.ryal.it will insert in the DDT package or invoice indicating in detail prices and discounts applied, even in the case of sales.

ORDERS EVASION


All orders completed and paid will be processed within 20 working days: all shipments start from shop.ryal.it, (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 16.00. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled by the following Monday.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS


shop.rual.it intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to make one or more articles and to receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily be at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 14 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned products are intact and never used.

RETURN CONDITIONS


To send one or more returns to shop.ryal.it, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) – All items for sale on the shop.rual.it site are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the product via a single-use safety seal with the shop.rual.it logo. The product may be worn without removing the tag and without tampering with the warranty seal. The return will be accepted only with the perfectly intact security seal, which can be a plastic seal with relative thread. No returns will be accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) – The products to be returned must not have been worn, washed or treated in any way.

C) – The products must necessarily be returned under the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
D) – All the other labels of the product, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) – The goods to be returned must be delivered physically and only to the GLS Express Courier or UPS no later than 7 days from the date of delivery.
F) – The customer who wishes to make a change of model, color or article, must submit the return procedure and execute a new order on the site shop.rual.it.
G) – In case of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, shop.rual.it reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send it back to the Customer at the expense of the latter.

THE RETURN PROCEDURE


  1. A) – To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address info@ryal.it within 14 days from receipt of the goods. In the e-mail the codes of the items to be returned must be specified. Once the return request has been received, the customer service of shop.rual.it will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to be followed.
    B – The shipping price will be charged to the customer.
    Send the package to shop.rual.it Via di Burello, 8 – 50054 – Fucecchio (FI) – Italy. Shipping is at the risk of the customer: shop.rual.it is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inappropriate packaging or delay in delivery. The articles must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same. Inside the package, the customer will find a label to be placed as a seal to close the outer packaging, to guarantee the customer and shop.rual.it against any tampering with the return.
    All returned goods will be subject to inspection by the shop.rual.it staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. shop.rual.it reserves the right to evaluate any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the assessment of the condition of returns and communicated to the Customer.

 

REFUND


If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email of acceptance of the return. The refund will be made by credit card (if the order was paid by credit card) credit PayPal (if the order was paid by Paypal) or bank transfer.
