The offer and sale of products on shop.ryal.it are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated periodically; those published on Shop.Ryal.it and accepted at checkout are considered effective and binding.

Purchasing Procedure

For each product selected, a description is displayed, including an image and key features, including, for example, color, size, and unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on shop.ryal.it may differ from the actual product due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Shop.ryal.it is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.

Product Availability

The products offered for sale and their prices are those indicated on shop.ryal.it.

If the products are not available at the time of ordering, the corresponding size will not be displayed or loaded.
If, due to simultaneous purchases by multiple customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
Shop.ryal.it may change the products offered for sale on shop.ryal.it and their prices at any time and without notice.

Product Price

The price of each item is indicated in euros.
Shipping costs are indicated before payment (free for orders over €120.00).

ORDER

Placing an order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.

Orders are placed following the steps and instructions specified on the site.
The products offered for sale on shop.ryal.it may be purchased by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who are acting exclusively on their own behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on shop.ryal.it is prohibited.
shop.ryal.it reserves the right to decide whether to accept orders received.
shop.ryal.it will notify the customer via email if orders are unable to be accepted.

Order Confirmation

Upon completion of the purchase, the customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, and a breakdown of the product price and shipping costs.

Purchasing on shop.ryal.it is a simple and secure process. Customers simply browse the collections, select the product, and order shipping. The online store offers carefully crafted, handcrafted leather clothing and accessories from its own brand. Thanks to shop.ryal.it’s exclusive service and unmistakable style, shopping becomes a unique experience. To browse the offerings, simply select a CATEGORY and discover the selection of branded products that shop.ryal.it offers its customers. Each product is accompanied by a description containing information about the model, price, composition, sizes, and colors.

By clicking ADD TO CART, the desired item is placed in a virtual shopping bag that allows you to continue browsing the other pages of the site while awaiting order confirmation. You can add new purchases at any time, or, using the DELETE ITEM function, remove items already selected. By clicking the CART link, the prices of the individual items purchased and the total amount of the order, which is still partial and unconfirmed, are displayed. Thanks to the WISHLIST feature, you can compile a list of your favorite items while shopping, which will be stored in a dedicated space, allowing you to revisit them whenever you want. Once you’ve made your choice, simply add it directly to your cart. SEND ORDER to complete your online shopping. If you’re already a shop.ryal.it customer, simply enter your email address and password, and the system will automatically recognize you. The merchandise offered for sale on the shop.ryal.it website is obtained exclusively from the brand owner. shop.ryal.it declares itself to be an authorized reseller for the products listed on the site. All trademarks mentioned on the site are registered trademarks of their respective owners, who retain the rights and ownership.

The mere mention of these trademarks on the site does not suggest or imply that the respective owners have any affiliation or agreement with the site itself.

shop.ryal.it does not sell used, defective, or substandard products.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on shop.ryal.it within each product page. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on shop.ryal.it may not correspond to the actual products due to the Internet browser and monitor settings, as well as the natural grain and color variations of the leather used.
Product prices may be subject to change. Please check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form. Any increase or decrease in the sale price is our sole discretion and may occur even a few seconds after you place your order.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, shop.ryal.it reserves the right to refuse returns of products without their tags or warranty seal, or products whose essential characteristics and quality have been altered, or damaged.
As this catalog is legally comparable to mail order sales, shop.ryal.it reserves the right to cancel orders and/or purchases in the event of an error in the published prices or items for sale. In this case, the customer will obviously be refunded for any expenses incurred.

SHIPPING

Shipments to Italy are made within 21 business days from the order date, as the products are handcrafted and tailored to the customer’s specific customization requests. Upon shipment, shop.ryal.it will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipments to Europe and the rest of the world are made within 21 business days from the order date. shop.ryal.it ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively via GLS and UPS express courier services. All goods shipped by shop.ryal.it are carefully packaged. Shop.ryal.it will include an invoice with the detailed prices of the items purchased in the package (or, if requested, via email).

ORDER PROCESSING

All properly completed and paid orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (except for items out of stock, which take 10-21 business days). All shipments depart from shop.ryal.it, on weekdays only, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

shop.ryal.it offers its customers a trackable shipping service, thanks to the services provided by BRT and UPS. The customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the tracking number provided by “BRT” and “UPS,” allowing them to check the status of their shipment at any time. Alternatively, they can always check the delivery status in real time in the “My Account” section of the website.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): Delivery is approximately 2-10 days from order placement, depending on our suppliers’ availability, with delivery within the following three business days. European countries within the EU (DDP): Delivery is approximately 3-5 business days from shipment. European countries outside the EU (DDU): Delivery is approximately 5-7 business days from shipment. Rest of the world: Delivery is approximately 7-10 days from shipment with Express Service.

DELIVERY TERMS

Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is responsible for carefully inspecting the package before signing the delivery confirmation. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, the Customer may sign the delivery confirmation with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local BRT and UPS offices and to shop.ryal.it by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to shop.ryal.it will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at registration, the package will be returned to shop.ryal.it at the Customer’s expense. In this case, shop.ryal.it will deduct this amount from any refund.

Other payment methods are not accepted.

The financial information of customers purchasing on shop.ryal.it (credit card number, credit card expiration date, and other personal information) will be processed exclusively by the bank and will never be in the possession or knowledge of shop.ryal.it.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Shop.ryal.it accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club credit cards, the most secure method currently available, with the additional guarantee of Mastercard Securecode and Verified by VISA services.

N.B.: In the event of an exchange or return, shipping costs will not be refunded, only the value of the purchased goods.

PAYMENT BY PAYPAL

Customers can pay for their purchases via their verified PayPal account, according to PayPal’s payment methods and with the knowledge of each account holder.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Customers can choose to pay cash on delivery, or in cash to the courier upon delivery of the package.

Cash on delivery has a €15.00 surcharge.

BANK TRANSFER

Customers can choose to pay by advance bank transfer to the bank details provided by shop.ryal.it.

shop.ryal.it reserves the right to ship only upon receipt of the bank transfer.

N.B.: In the event of an exchange or return, neither shipping nor cash on delivery costs will be refunded, only the value of the purchased goods.

SHIPPING AND COSTS
For shipping within Italy, the minimum shipping cost is €9.80.

For shipping within Europe, the minimum shipping cost is €26.90.

For shipping to non-EU countries, the minimum shipping cost is €39.90.

shop.ryal.it ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively via the express courier service “BRT” and “UPS.” All goods shipped by shop.ryal.it are carefully packaged. Along with the shipped goods, shop.ryal.it will include a delivery note or invoice detailing the prices and discounts applied, even for sales.

ORDER PROCESSING
All properly completed and paid orders will be processed within 20 business days. All shipments depart from shop.ryal.it (Italy) only on weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed by the following Monday.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
shop.ryal.it offers its customers a trackable shipping service, provided by BRT and UPS. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number provided by BRT and UPS, allowing them to check the status of their shipment at any time.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
For all European countries, prices include VAT.

For all countries outside Europe, prices include VAT.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on the product’s destination area. ITALY (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within 72 hours of shipment. European EU countries (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within 5 working days of shipment. European non-EU countries (DDU): Delivery is approximately expected within 7 working days of shipment. Rest of the World: Delivery is approximately expected within 10/12 days from shipment with Express Service.

RETURNS

shop.ryal.it aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction by offering them the option to return one or more items. Returns must be made at the customer’s expense and responsibility within 14 days of delivery, and only if the returned products are intact and unused. *All products can be returned, except for products with a 21-day return period and customized products.

Please note that in the case of a SIZE CHANGE, the shipping costs for returning the new size requested by the customer are paid by the company itself (Ryal).

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send one or more returns to shop.ryal.it, the customer must comply with specific conditions:
A) – All items for sale on the shop.ryal.it website are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the product using a disposable security seal bearing the shop.ryal.it logo. The product must be worn (not on the pitch or other wear-resistant surfaces) without removing the tag or tampering with the warranty seal. Returns will only be accepted with the security seal intact, which may be a plastic seal with its thread. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances if the security seal is cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered with. Returns are not possible for promotional products and items, customized by the customer, and items available within 10-21 business days. Any product returned to Ryal must be accompanied by a valid receipt. No refunds will be given.

B) – Products to be returned must not have been worn, washed, or treated in any way.

C) – Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the customer and must be appropriately packaged and wrapped.

D) – All other product labels must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.

E) – The Customer must ship the product in question via BRT, UPS, or a trusted courier, with costs and fees determined by the couriers at the Customer’s expense.

F) – Customers wishing to exchange the size or color, provided the product is not due for delivery within 10-21 business days, must initiate the return procedure by contacting the company directly at: 0571/21040

G) – Should any of the above conditions not be met, shop.ryal.it reserves the right to refuse the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.

RETURN PROCEDURE

A) – To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to ryal@ryal.it or contact the company by phone within 14 days of receiving the goods. The email must include the codes of the items to be returned. Once the return request is received, shop.ryal.it customer service will send the customer a written confirmation with the instructions to follow.

B) – Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Shipping is at the customer’s own risk: shop.ryal.it is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delays in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or in the same packaging type.
All returned goods will be inspected by Ryal staff to verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. shop.ryal.it reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
