The prices shown on our website are inclusive of taxes (VAT). For all orders with delivery in Italy, shipping is free.
For shipments to Europe and the rest of the world we apply the costs indicated directly in e-commerce.
Returns
Our return policy allows you to return the product within 14 days from the day you received your shoes. You can open the package and check the contents. However, shoes can only be returned when they are completely unused and sent in their original packaging.
The essential conditions for “free returns are as follows:
order made with incorrect size (ordered by the customer or erroneously sent by Ryal)
order made of the wrong item (ordered by the wrong customer or erroneously sent by Ryal)
obvious manufacturing defects
For shipments to Italy, the return is free, therefore charged to Ryal. The shipping costs for the return and return of the product, for the rest of the world, are charged to the customer, unless otherwise indicated by Ryal customer service.
* In case of customizations, shoes can not be returned. Please send an email to our customer service with detailed pictures in this case.
