Shipping:
The prices displayed on our website include taxes (VAT). For all orders delivered to Italy, shipping is free for orders over €120.00.
For shipments to Europe and the rest of the world, we apply the costs indicated directly on the e-commerce site.
Returns
Our return policy allows you to return the product for a size or model exchange (provided it is not customized or available within 21 business days) within 14 days of receiving the shoes. You can open the package and inspect the contents. However, shoes can only be returned if they are completely unused and sent in their original packaging.
The essential conditions for a “free return” are the following:
Order placed in the wrong size (ordered by the customer or incorrectly shipped by Ryal)
Order placed the wrong item (erroneously shipped by Ryal)
For shipments to Italy, returns for incorrect size/model exchanges are free of charge. This means the customer pays for shipping the incorrect size/model and then Ryal will resend the correct size/model free of charge.
For the rest of the world, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated by Ryal customer service.
*Customized shoes cannot be returned or exchanged. Please email our customer service with detailed images in this case.
